4 Steps To Becoming A Better You

So Hey, Hows everyone doing?

I'm feeling like the blues, getting into the swing of being a Blogger, today is just about making your self a better person. Embracing the good and finding different ways, that work for you. To sort through all the shit 'so it speak' or any sort of negativity. JUST a few of my body cleansers which really help me, when I'm using my emotions instead of my mind to get through the mess of a shitty day! 1) Deep Breaths in & out, helps me to just calm down & get more relaxed as I can get REALLY tense at times. 2) Asking my self an few questions like,

  • What's happening around me, that I'm not happy with 
  • How can I change my thought pattern to give 'me' (meaning you too) a more clear view  
  • Can I change it, is it in my control or power of reach 
  • What am I happy with - I like to focus on this more as you get a real sense of all things you have achieved or obstacles you have over come, to be where you are today. You might not have FULLY reached you ultimate goal yet but you are closer today then you was yesterday 
Theses are just a few things I like to keep in mind. 3) Finding Buzz Words/Power Words, from yourself or from some else that you think is an inspiration to yourself. For Example

  • No such thing as it Can't work #Fact 
  • I do what works for Me #BelievingInME
  • Oush - meaning love. I would put it in a sentence like this; I'm going to have a Oush Day, even if I've had some bad news
  • It's not the B all and End all, It's just for that Moment #I'mAlwaysTryingToKeepThisInMyMind (as I do have a tendency to act like my world or my being is going to end, when things don't go according to what I want, even though it's not what I entirely Need) 
4) What I like to call Body Therapy, releasing all stress, aches and pains to get a smooth running and health body. Which could be anything from

  • Meditation, Try to stick to it. Have set days, to get you body and mind ready for Relaxation 
  • Dance, As it's a known Factor for sending or realising Endorphins or in simple terms #FeelGoodSensesAroundTheBody 
  •  Boxing, to take out any built up or pent up feelings, you could be holding on it (It makes such a difference)
  • Yoga, Getting that Ying &Yang to be Balanced #HarmonyInSide 
So there it is My Four Ways to be A Better You. Remember Don't hold it all in, that's a lot of energy to be carrying round, Plus people pick up on it. xx
